Device will have discoloring of the laminate under the glass caused by the laminate coming loose under the glass. Cracked Back
Device will have a crack on the back panel of the device, the crack may vary in size and width but will still not affect the functionality of the device. Device will still be fully functional and have a clean ESN/IMEI.

Device will have a blemished LCD, meaning there will be one or more areas on the screen that is brighter than the rest. This does not affect the functionality of the device and the device will still be fully functional with a clean ESN/IMEI. The device is backed by our 30 day warranty

Returns Accepted within 30 Days of receipt.  We will gladly offer an exchange if one is available or a full refund.  A return label will be provided for any device upon request. If you simply change your mind, we will accept the return.  You will be not be responsible for return shipping withing the 30 days.  After we receive the device back, we will issue a full refund.
Chances are most issues may be resolved by a quick google search into your new product, however some we may not be able to.  If for any reason we can't help you remotely we will issue a priority return label which would get your device back to us in 2-3 days of being mailed.  Once we receive the device back we will typically work on your return the same business day.
