Info
Sometimes you need just a little bit more clearance than a standard steering u-joint can give you. Our double u-joints allow up to 70 degrees of angle or 1" of offset for just those occasions. These steering universal joints are made of forged vanadium steel and real needle bearing joints. 5-5/8" overall length.

Installation Tips
Double D Shaft
A double D shaft has two flats on the shaft that correspond to the female end of the u-joint. For example: the 3/4" measurement on a double D shaft is measured across the rounded portion of the shaft. To strengthen the connection of the DD joint to the shaft, you can drill a dimple on the steering shaft for the set screw to clamp to. Simply tighten the set screw to make a mark or indention and then drill an 1/8" recess where the set screw will tighten. A dab of Loc-Tite on the set screw is always a good insurance before finishing.

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If within 60 days after you receive your shipment and you are not satisfied, you may return the item for a refund.
