Bought on a trip out West, beautiful Julio Ledezma Mata Ortiz Casas Grandes Pot, one owner.
Julio Ledezma was a master potter from a renowned Mata Ortiz pottery family. This beautiful, lightweight, flat pot features an elaborate feather design, a traditional design of the Paquime/Mimbres heritage.
It is in excellent condition, it is signed on the bottom with an incised signature, "Julio Ledezma".
It measures approximately 5" in
diameter x
3 1/2 inches high. No chips, no cracks.
