This is a really lovely Necklace and Earring set of Hearts with Wings.
This set was entirely handmade and hand painted

Puebla Mexico.  They are wonderful

The Pendant is strung on a
slip knot cord
that can be
adjusted from a choker length to a Mid Chest length
.
The pendant itself measures;
2 1/4 inches tall by 2 3/4 inches wide and 5/8 of an inch deep.
The earrings measure;
1 1/2 inches long (from the top of the ear wire) and 1 1/4 inches wide and 3/8 of an inch deep.
It is  a Great example of
Mexican folk art
from
Puebla Mexico,
and quite decorative and very colorful!!
