    This
    Colima Dog
    was
    handmade, hand painted
    and burnished
    to a lovely satin finish.  This piece was made
    by Tonala potter
    Chon Chon.
    It is a wonderful example of
    Mexican Folk Art
    and Ceramic traditions from this area of Mexico.
    This Doggy is painted in with various plants, flowers, birds and
    fish and has a cob of Corn in his mouth.....
    He measures approx. 8 1/2 inches tall and 9 inches long and 6 inches wide.
