It also contains a PetPure Filter Treatment that includes an anti-microbial agent to inhibit the growth of mold, mildew and odor-causing bacteria on the surface of the filter. The pre-filter/activated carbon filter that captures odors from cooking, pets and smoking. It is recommeded to use with with GermGuardian AC5250PT, AC5000E, AC5300B, AC5350W, AC5350B, PureGuardian AP2800CA, Black+Decker Model BXAP250, and Lowe's Idylis Model IAP-GG-125.
