This is a very sleek and clean glass plated version of Evolve T100R and RCS TZ45R.

Comes in original cardboard box with installation guide, wire labels and mounting hardware.
Box may have writing on it.
This product was tested using a Vera Z-Wave 908.42MHz Smart Home Controller.
