It's machined from a block of aluminum.
It will never flex as it's a VERY tight fit.

1973 Ford 4 Wheel Drive trucks (built after serial number 40,001)

Ford 4 Wheel Drive trucks

Dimensions are 2.115" OD x .75" ID x .902" deep
