American Standard Trane FLR06463 PreFIlter for AFD145 & TFD145

Description

Prefilter FLR06463 for the AccuClean AFD145 or Trane TFD145. This prefilter slides in to the 1" wide slot and is where the air first enters the AccuClean/CleanEffects. This prefilter measures 27 x 14¼ x 1".
The prefilter is constructed from a fine poly-propylene weave molded in to black plastic. Maintaining a clean prefilter will effectively remove the larger particulate, allowing the collector cell to most effectively capture the fine particulate.
The three GREEN LEDs are used to indicate the prefilter cleaning interval. Each LED represents one month of actual blower run time. The default setting is 2 months. The interval can set for one, two, or three months. See page 3 of the AccuClean Service Manual for changing the interval.

The prefilter may be vacuumed or washed. The prefilter should be completely dry before re-installing. See page 6 of the AccuClean Service Manual for cleaning the prefilter. When installing the prefilter note the air flow direction that is stamped in to the plastic frame.
After cleaning reinstall the prefilter and press the POWER button. The green LED will light steady for a 10 minute drying cycle, then flash indicating normal operation. To reset the prefilter timer press and hold the RESET button until the prefilter LEDs turn off (1 to 2 seconds).
