Description
This is a Brand New Manual Omni Rear Steer rack and pinion and U-Joint. This is designed for your 1978-1983 Dodge & Plymouth, though it is also great on several street rod applications. This rack measures 42" in length with a 9/16-18 thread. These gears come with a chrome tube and burnished aluminum housing making for a great finish! This would be a great addition to your classic 78-83 Dodge or Plymouth.
Additionally this includes a Polished U-Joint.
This U-joint is 9/16 - 26 x 3/4" DD.  This joint is used to go from a 3/4" DD steering shaft to a 9/16" by 26 spline fitting.  The 9/16-26 is most commonly found on Mustang and Pinto MANUAL racks, including the popular Mustang II rack.  But the 9/16-26 also fits the following:
